Birmingham boss Chris Hughton has moved to allay fears regarding Marlon King's recent injury scare.
The 31-year-old striker is Birmingham's top scorer with 11 goals but limped off during the second half of their 3-0 victory over Watford on Saturday.
"He just felt his groin a little," Hughton told the Birmingham Mail.
"The good news was that he came off at the right time.
"We're assessing him but at the moment it doesn't seem a major one."
Hughton may elect to bolster his forward options with King, Nikola Zigic and Adam Rooney the only strikers available since 10-goal Chris Wood's loan deal from West Brom expired.
