Hamstring injury hits Blues full-back

Birmingham defender Franck Queudrue will be out of action for two weeks after suffering a hamstring strain. The former Middlesbrough player was forced to miss the 1-1 home draw with Derby after sustaining the injury in training on Friday. Manager Alex McLeish has confirmed the Frenchman will be out for around two weeks, but he is buoyed by the fact he has new siging David Murphy available at left-back. "Queudrue picked up a hamstring strain on Friday and he will probably be out for a couple of weeks. "I brought David Murphy in against Derby and he did well so that was a plus point from a game we should have won."
