To be honest things are going really well at the moment.
I have again been involved and it was really good to play in the win at Coventry on Tuesday.
That was our second successive derby victory after we beat West Brom and to register two victories like that is a tremendous effort.
Again I have been playing out of position for me on the right, but as I have said I am willing to do any job for the gaffer.
There was actually some cause for me to go and see the gaffer last week. Some quotes came out in the press, which to be honest did annoy me - suggesting that I need to change my game or that something was lacking.
I did feel hard done by to be honest and I really needed to speak my feelings.
So I went in and had a meeting and to be fair he was very good with me and he explained initially that his quotes had been taken out of context - which is no great surprise.
But the situation also give me the chance to have a good talk with him about my role and what he wants - he said he wants be to be a terrier, but playing out wide that is not really possibly. When I am on the right, I am running onto things and can do that job.
It was good to get a few things sorted as I am not sure not everyone in my position, considering how new I am to the club - would have done the same thing, but the gaffer is a great manager and it did not take long for us to sort things out.
Many of you have also been asking me and many of us at the club about how Damian Johnson is doing.
We all knew at the time is was a bad challenge, as a professional I think you can tell. But Johnno is a great lad and he will bounce back. He is strong and it will not take him long I am sure. But we have a good squad and whoever comes in, will do a good job.
Thanks again Neil
Do you see Colchester staying up?
Well Daniel, Colchester are close to my heart as everyone knows. Their impact this season has not surprised me at all and I knew they could make an impact and on your original question, I don't have any doubt whatsoever that they will be staying in the Championship.
What are yours and the other players views on the lack of supporters turning up to home games, does it bother you that some aren't happy even though we are 2nd in the league?
Well we have noticed it a little bit to be honest. But we are not going to have a go at any fan. We know they have been through a lot recently and of course we would love to see as many at the games as we can, but if we can keep up our good form then I think that will look after itself.
