Millwall defender Shaun Cummings faces a month on the sidelines with a thigh injury.
The 25-year-old, a January signing from Reading, suffered the problem during Saturday's 1-0 defeat at Leeds.
Cummings' injury leaves manager Ian Holloway with a headache at right-back with Carlos Edwards still sidelined and loanee Andy Wilkinson having returned to Stoke.
Lions physio Bobby Bacic told the club website: "The fans who attended Tuesday's open training session at The Den may have noticed a few absentees, one of which was Shaun.
"He is facing at least four weeks on the sidelines with a thigh injury which he picked up against Leeds United."
Better news for Holloway is the return of midfielder Nicky Bailey, who played 45 minutes for club's Under-21s on Monday after more than four months out with a calf injury.
