Coventry have signed Bolton winger Sanmi Odelusi on loan for the rest of the season.

The 21-year old, who has been training with the Sky Blues for the last two days, is eligible to feature in Saturday's Sky Bet League One clash with Rochdale at the Ricoh Arena.

Odelusi has made just six appearances for the Trotters and had a spell on loan at MK Dons last season.

City boss Steven Pressley told the club's official website: "Sanmi brings energy and speed, he's got an eye for goal and can play in a number of attacking positions.

"He started off as a striker in his younger days before moving out on the wing. This means they are more likely to come inside and score goals, which sometimes isn't in the make up of out-and-out wingers.

"I hope Sanmi can bring this speed in our counter attack, which hasn't been as fast as I would have liked this season."
