Millwall boss Ian Holloway has appointed Nigel Gibbs as first-team coach of the Sky Bet Championship side.
The former Watford full-back, 49, will work alongside Holloway and assistant-manager Marc Bircham at The Den.
Gibbs spent his entire 19-year playing career with the Hornets and also coached their youth and reserve sides.
He was assistant-boss to Brian McDermott at Reading and Leeds, and stayed at Elland Road until February this year.
Millwall, who picked up only their second win in 16 attempts at Brighton last Friday, take on Bolton at home this coming Friday night.
