Nottingham Forest have agreed the signing of Nice defender Kevin Gomis on loan until the end of the season.
The 25-year-old has made 37 appearances since joining the Ligue 1 side since joining them from Portuguese side Naval.
The centre-back has played nine times for Nice this season, including lining up against both Paris Saint-Germain and Monaco.
This is not the club's only deal of the day, after they completed the signing of Southampton left-back Danny Fox on a loan deal until the end of the season.
Fox was brought in to offer cover at left-back after Chris Cohen was ruled out for the rest of the season with a serious knee injury.
Unfortunately Forest were unable to push through the deals in time so that they could be registered for the game against Watford.
