Wigan manager Uwe Rosler has received enquiries about Nouha Dicko but wants to take a closer look at the striker before deciding his future.
The 21-year-old scored half-a-dozen goals in six appearances while on loan at Rotherham recently and the fact he has just six months left on his contract has alerted numerous clubs.
Rosler recalled Dicko from his spell at the New York Stadium, yet has only used him once since, as a substitute in the FA Cup draw with MK Dons on Saturday.
The Millers are keen to bring Dicko back to South Yorkshire but they may not be alone, and Rosler has also not ruled out keeping him at the DW Stadium.
"We have had enquiries about Nouha, but I'm not in any rush to make a decision because I want to see him more in training and in games to be able to make up my mind," Rosler told Latics' official website.
"When you score goals like he did in League One for Rotherham and in the Championship with Blackpool, he becomes hot property and there is no shortage of takers."
