Burnley forward Alex MacDonald has joined League Two side Burton Albion on a one-month loan deal.
The 22-year-old spent three months on loan with Plymouth earlier in the season and has been unable to force his way back into the Burnley team since his return.
He has played 17 times for the Clarets in total, including two appearances at the start of this campaign.
MacDonald has also had loan spells in Scotland with Inverness and Falkirk as well as another loan stay with Plymouth last term.
Burnley have also loaned out teenage midfielder Stevie Hewitt to Blue Square Premier side Alfreton Town for the remainder of the season.
MacDonald is not the only new arrival at Burton as the Brewers have signed Leyton Orient striker Michael Symes on loan for the remainder of the season.
