Burnley's appeal against Kieran Trippier red card has been dismissed by the FA
Burnley have failed in their appeal against Kieran Trippier's sending-off at the weekend.

The defender was shown a red card after just 15 minutes against Charlton on Saturday after being deemed to have handled a shot on the goalline at Turf Moor.
But despite the club's argument that the handball was not deliberate, the FA has rejected the appeal.
Referee Robert Madley's original decision has been upheld, which means Trippier will miss Saturday's trip to Hull City as he the 22-year-old is forced to serve a one-match ban.
