The Danish-born striker, who can also operate on the wing, joined the Seasiders in August on a one-year deal, but is yet to figure for the Championship club.
However, the 24-year-old, who left England in 2008 following brief spells at Rangers, Leicester and Portsmouth, is looking to force his way into the Blackpool side and help them to promotion back to the Premier League.
"The club has a lot of ambition and that is great because if you don't have that as a player and as a club, you don't get anywhere in life," Djeziri told Sky Sports.
"It is good to dream and hopefully those dreams can come true during my time here.
"He (Holloway) wants to play football the right way, with a lot of possession and keeping the ball, which is a bit like what Spain have used to such great effect in recent years.
"That style suits me down to the ground because as an attacking player I'm comfortable on the ball and heading away from goal rather than back towards it.
"I'm looking forward to making my debut for the club and contributing to make this year a special one for Blackpool."
