Keinan and Amougou join struggling Bristol City on loan

Bristol City have bolstered their defensive options with the loan signings of Cardiff's Dekel Keinan and Andre Amougou of Burnley. Israel international Keinan has failed to break into the Bluebirds' first team in 2011/12 and, having made just seven appearances for the Welsh club this term, arrives at Ashton Gate in pursuit of more regular football. Keinan could make his Robins debut at Middlesbrough in the Championship this weekend, provided the relevant international clearance is received in time, and will stay until the end of the season. The 27-year-old has previously spent a period out on loan with Crystal Palace earlier in the campaign. Cameroon international Amougou will remain at Bristol City until 21st April after agreeing a one-month loan. The 27-year-old centre-back has made 78 appearances since joining the Clarets from Reading for an undisclosed fee in August 2009, but his contract at Turf Moor expires in the summer. The Robins have also struck a deal on Thursday to land Queens Park Rangers midfielder Hogan Ephraim on loan.
