Holland Under-21 striker Roland Bergkamp has joined League One side Rochdale on loan from Brighton until the new year.
The 20-year-old, who is the nephew of former Arsenal striker Dennis, joined the Seagulls in the summer from Dutch club Excelsior but has found first-team opportunities limited at the Amex Stadium. The 6ft 3in forward made his International Under-21 debut for the Dutch earlier this year. He will stay at Spotland until January 2, 2012.
