Peterborough have boosted their attacking options by opting to recall striker David Ball from his loan spell at League One side Rochdale.
Ball joined Dale at the end of August and scored four goals in eight appearances for Steve Eyre's side. The 21-year-old, who scored three times in Peterborough's opening two matches of the season before departing for Spotland, is likely to be in the Posh squad when they resume Championship action at bottom-of-the-table Bristol City on Saturday.
