Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin is hoping to find the back of the net with more regularity after scoring against Burnley.
The France Under-21 international netted his first Championship goal of the campaign in last month's 1-1 draw with The Clarets.
Schneiderlin scored frequently for ex-club Strasbourg and now wants to repeat that feat with the high-flying Saints.
"Before I came to Southampton I always scored goals for Strasbourg," he told the club's official website.
"But I think it's a mentality thing when you see yourself 25 yards from goal, because before I was shooting, and then maybe I became scared of not hitting the target.
"I've scored now and it was good because now my confidence will go up. I want to get in the box more this season and hopefully I can do that."
