Defender set for Selhurst Park medical
Crystal Palace are poised to sign Aalesund defender Jonathan Parr after agreeing a fee with the Norwegian club.
The 22-year-old has been strongly linked with a move to Leicester, but it appears Palace are set to bring the left-back to England.
Eagles boss Dougie Freedman has been searching for a new left-back this summer and he has now made his move for the highly-rated Parr.
Aalesund have confirmed on their official website they have agreed a fee with Palace for Parr and that he is set to travel to England for talks and a medical on Monday.
If Parr makes the move to Palace he will link up with fellow Norwegian Steffen Iversen at Selhurst Park.
