Millen trying to help winger get fixed up with a new club

Bristol City manager Keith Millen has confirmed Ivan Sproule is holding talks with Hibernian over a summer return to Easter Road. Sproule originally left Hibs for Ashton Gate in 2007, but will be leaving the Championship side when his contract expires at the end of the season. He has made just 11 Championship appearances for the Robins this term and has also had loan spells at Notts County and Yeovil Town. The 30-year-old winger had previously been linked with a move back to Hibs in January, but is now discussing a deal with Colin Calderwood's side. "Hibs asked for permission to speak to Ivan and I agreed it would be okay for him to go up there for a couple of days," said Millen in the Daily Record. "He has been a very good servant to us and I want to give him all the help I can in finding another club."
