Tykes full-back faces eight more months on the sidelines
Barnsley defender Luke Potter is facing a further eight months on the sidelines due to an ongoing knee injury.
Potter has not played for the Tykes since November and the 21-year-old has been troubled by a medial knee ligament problem.
He will sit out the rest of this season and Barnsley boss Mark Robins admits it could be a couple of months into the next campaign before Potter is ready to return.
"Luke's got a long recovery programme ahead of him," Robins told the Sheffield Star.
"He's going to be out for about eight months."
