Nottingham Forest have extended the contracts of young trio Brendan Moloney, Karl Darlow and Kieron Freeman.

The Championship club have agreed deals which will keep Moloney, Darlow and Freeman at the City Ground until 2013.

Moloney has made a total of 15 appearances for Forest, although he has yet to feature for Billy Davies' side this season.

The defender has previously undertaken loan spells at local rivals Notts County, Chesterfield, Rushden & Diamonds and Scunthorpe United.

Goalkeeper Darlow and full-back Freeman are still to make their senior bows, but are highly regarded by the Forest coaching staff.
