Malian striker weighing up his options

Nice striker Mamadou Bagayoko claims to have received offers from clubs in the Championship. The Malian is out of favour with his French employers this season and is growing increasingly frustrated with life on the sidelines. He is, however, prepared to sit things out and wait until the summer if needs be, with only six months left to run on his contract. The 31-year-old insists he will not be pushing for a move away from Nice during the January transfer window, but admits he has a number of options to consider. "Cleary I am annoyed," Bagayoko told L'Equipe. "I am not in a group of 19 or 20 players. Even if there is an injury I am not certain to be involved. "I don't feel part of the side at all. I am the seventh or eighth forward at the moment. "I have propositions to consider, though, from the Persian Gulf, Greece, Turkey and the Championship. "But I am in no rush to leave and putting me to one side won't push me out of the door."
