Ipswich defender out for three weeks

Ipswich full-back Mark Kennedy is facing three weeks on the sidelines with a hamstring injury, manager Roy Keane has confirmed. The former Liverpool and Cardiff man picked up the knock during Saturday's 2-1 home defeat to Coventry. The injury has ruled the 34-year-old Irishman out of Town's league visit to Watford on Tuesday night. "It is a blow for us and a blow for him," Keane told the club's official website. "He will have a scan later but he has damaged his hamstring and will be out for two or three weeks. "It's not the same hamstring as he did on the opening day, it's the other leg. We will miss him as he is an experienced player."
