Swansea keen on Town hit-man

Skysports.com understands Swansea boss Brendan Rodgers is hoping to make Ipswich striker Tamas Priskin his first signing at the club. Rodgers is a big fan of Priskin having worked with the Hungarian during his time in charge of Watford. Priskin's future at Ipswich has been the subject of speculation with the 23-year-old ending last season on loan at Queens Park Rangers. Priskin was not one of eight players put on the transfer list by Town boss Roy Keane and the striker has started pre-season with the Portman Road outfit. Rodgers is believed to have enquired about Priskin's situation at Ipswich and is waiting to see if Keane will allow him to leave. Keane is reluctant to let Priskin move on, but could decide to offload him for the right offer to free up space in his own squad.
