Blackpool chairman Karl Oyston is hopeful they can make Dekel Keinan their first signing of the summer. As revealed by skysports.com at the weekend, Oysten is positive that a deal to sign the Israel international is edging ever closer and is hopeful that negotiations will be completed very soon. The 25-year-old has been on trial at Bloomfield Road and manager Ian Holloway has offered him a two-year deal with the Premier League newcomers. The highly-rated central defender is available on a free transfer after deciding not to renew his contract at Haifa. Oyston told Sky Sports News: "We've spoken to Dekel and his representatives and we're hopeful that we can finish the deal off. "Obviously, the deal is subject to a work permit."
