Doncaster striker James Hayter has verbally agreed a new deal with the club.
Hayter, who joined Doncaster from Bournemouth in the summer of 2007, is set to sign the contract extension next week.
Rovers boss Sean O'Driscoll was always confident the striker would agree fresh terms at the Keepmoat Stadium.
"James Hayter is all done. He hasn't actually signed yet, but it's all been agreed," O'Driscoll told the club's official website.
"It's just a case of somebody typing the contract up which, these days, is not as simple as it used to be because you have to make duplicate copies and send things to the Football Association and this, that and the other.
"James was never going to be a problem. We verbally agreed everything a couple of weeks ago. We just had a couple of things to iron out. He should sign some time next week."
