Gary Hooper insists he is happy at Scunthorpe United and is trying to stay out of the speculation surrounding his future.
The Scunthorpe striker scored 19 goals in the Championship this season and has been linked with a summer move away from Glanford Park.
Derby County have already confirmed an interest in the 22-year-old, while Celtic have also been linked with a bid for Hooper, who has 12 months left on his contract.
However, rather than press for a move to a bigger club, Hooper has stressed that he is tying to focus on playing football for the Iron for another season.
"I'm at Scunny next year, I've got a year left on my contract," Hooper told the Scunthorpe Telegraph. "I'm happy, we've got another year in the Championship.
"My agent tells me things, but nothing is official yet because I've got a year left, as it says on my contract.
"I don't get involved in all the speculation, there's no point really. I just play my football and let everyone else sort it out.
"It makes you more confident when teams are after you. You play better, you score more and you enjoy it more.
"But I don't think about anything until something happens."
