Brighton manager Gus Poyet has dampened speculation linking him with a loan move for Queens Park Rangers striker Rowan Vine.
Poyet is reported to be keen to bring Vine to the Withdean Stadium but the 27-year-old's wages are thought to be a stumbling block.
The Uruguayan is not ruling out a swoop but insists there has been no contact with the player yet.
"I've not spoken to him and I've got plenty of names on my list," Poyet told The Argus.
"I'm not saying definitely 'no, he's not coming' but we are interested in many things.
"If he wants to come for free, we'll take him!"
