Ipswich boss Roy Keane has admitted long-term injury victim Luciano Civelli is unlikely to be fit for the start of next season.
Civelli is currently recovering from the serious knee injury he sustained last March.
Keane revealed back in January that the player had been ruled out for the rest of the season but has now confirmed Civelli could be out for longer than first feared.
"Hopefully Luca will be back around September time. I've known players to be out two years and then come back strong," Keane told the Green 'Un.
