West Brom defender Leon Barnett has agreed a deal which will keep him at Coventry until the summer.
The 24-year-old has been with the Sky Blues since the beginning of November, making 11 appearances.
Chris Coleman had been hoping to secure a permanent switch for Barnett during the January transfer window, having been impressed by the commanding centre-half.
However, West Brom's decision to sell Shelton Martis to Doncaster has meant that Roberto Di Matteo is only prepared to part with the former Luton man on a short-term deal.
