Worley not thinking of future

Defender trying to force his way back into the Crewe team

Leicester City defender Harry Worley is not worrying about his long-term future as he is focusing on his loan spell at Crewe Alexandra. Worley recently extended his stint at Crewe until the end of the season and appeared off the bench in Saturday's 3-0 win over Darlington. His future back at Leicester is uncertain, but the 21-year-old admits his immediate priority is to force his way into the Crewe team on a regular basis. "I'm not thinking about Leicester and I'm not really sure they're thinking about me either," Worley told The Sentinel. "I've not really thought about what I'm going to do in the summer, I'm concentrating on Crewe. "I'm here on loan until the end of the season, so I've got to stake my claim now." Worley came on for Mat Mitchel-King against Darlington and the Crewe captain may now be sidelined for up to three weeks with ankle ligament damage. Joining Mitchel-King on the treatment table is Clayton Donaldson, with the striker due to have a hip problem assessed by the Railwaymen.
