Crystal Palace youngster Kieron Cadogan is eager to make the most of his opportunity on loan at Burton Albion.
The winger joined the Brewers for a month last week and made his debut in Saturday's 3-2 win at home to Hereford United.
He had not featured for Palace so far this season and is hoping his performance on his Burton bow will be viewed as positive.
"I'm very happy to be here and I've quickly settled in well with the rest of the lads,' Cadogan told the club's official website.
"I'm happy at the chance to get some first-team football here, I think I worked very hard for the team and I tried to get a goal, but it didn't work out.
"I think the fans will always appreciate it when they see someone working hard for the team. I tried to make a difference for the team and managed to get a shot on target at the start of the match."
Cadogan scored on his Palace debut against Coventry City in April and he made a total of four substitute appearances in the Championship towards the end of last season.
