Roy Carroll has confirmed he is training with Danish side OB Odense after falling out of favour at Derby.
The former Manchester United shot-stopper has not featured for the Rams since taking on the Red Devils in last January's Carling Cup semi-final.
Carroll has confirmed he is considering his future at Pride Park after being consigned to playing reserve team football under Nigel Clough.
"I am looking through my options, and I am training on Monday with OB," he told Fyens Stiftstidende.
"I am not in the first team at the moment at Derby, and I want to be a first-choice keeper.
"I haven't played since the Carling Cup game against Manchester United. I've been stuck in the reserves."
OB director Kim Brink says no decision has been made on Carroll, who has two years left on his Rams contract.
