Derby County have completed the signing of former Burton Albion goalkeeper Saul Deeney.
The 26-year-old has signed a one-year contract with the Rams.
He had been training with the club after turning down the offer of a new deal at Burton towards the end of last season.
Deeney was part of the Rams squad which recently undertook a pre-season tour of the South West.
He also featured in the final of the Bass Charity Vase against his former employers at the Pirelli Stadium on Thursday.
Having finalised his move to Pride Park he will be awarded a second opportunity to play under his former Burton boss Nigel Clough.
