West Brom have bolstered their ranks with the signing of highly-rated young forward Reuben Reid from Rotherham.
The 21-year-old becomes Roberto Di Matteo's third summer signing after joining for an undisclosed fee.
He had been on the transfer list at his own request since June and a number of other clubs, including Blackpool, had been interested in securing his services.
Di Matteo is delighted to have captured Reid on a two-year deal and hopes he will be able to make an impact in the Championship.
"Reuben is a young, exciting, talented player," Di Matteo told the club's official website.
"He has a lot of potential to improve. He scored a lot of goals last season and has a lot of pace. He will give us a different option."
"We have signed Reuben as a squad member and everyone is going to have to be patient as we slowly introduce him."
