Nottingham Forest are on the verge of signing Queens Park Rangers striker Dexter Blackstock.
As revealed by skysports.com earlier this week Forest have moved to sign Blackstock on permanent basis after he impressed on loan last season.
Blackstock scored twice in six games during two months on loan at the City Ground and Forest boss Billy Davies was keen to bring him to the club permanently.
The 23-year-old has agreed personal terms and passed a medical at the City Ground and is expected to finalise his move in the next 24 hours.
Blackstock will put pen-to-paper on a four-year deal with Forest as Davies looks to build a side capable of winning promotion.
