Bristol City are keen to take a look at Grigoris Papazacharias and Alexei Eremenko in their latest outing.
The Robins are set to face Hereford in a pre-season friendly on Monday and will use the occasion to run the rule over their two trialists.
Greek star Papazacharias is expected to partner Louis Carey in the heart of the defence when City head to Edgar Street.
Meanwhile, Russian-born Eremenko, who is a Finland international with almost 40 caps to his name, can play in central midfield, on the left wing or in attack so he could be used in a number of positions by boss Gary Johnson.
Should either impress, they will then be hoping to a earn permanent deal at Ashton Gate ahead of the 2009/10 campaign.
