Queens Park Rangers have been boosted by the news that teenager Romone Rose has signed a two-year contract.
The 19-year-old made three first-team appearances for the Rs last season, including their FA Cup defeat to Burnley.
Rose originally joined the Rs in April 2005 and is now tied to the Loftus Road outfit to the summer of 2011.
The striker is the sixth youngster to commit to the club after following in the footsteps of Danny Davenport, Josh Parker, Ed Harris, Max Ehmer and Antonio German by signing professional contracts.
Coupled with Joe Oastler and Lee Brown penning one-year extensions, Rose becomes the eighth former youth team player to sign a new or extended professional deal this summer.
