Gergely Rudolf has admitted it is flattering to be linked with clubs outside of Hungary after Roy Keane watched him in action over the weekend.
The new Ipswich manager was spotted in the crowd at Debrecen's game with Honved on Saturday and it is understood he was most interested in Rudolf.
The 24-year-old forward is the only Hungary international still playing his club football in his homeland and he has been in impressive form this season.
Rudolf is staying focused on playing his best for Debrecen but admits it does feel good to have attracted some attention.
"This is a great honour for me if I'm being watched by foreign clubs but at this time I want to concentrate on the season of Debrecen," he told Blikk ahead of the clash with Honved.
Hungary manager Erwin Koeman has encouraged Rudolf to accept an offer to play in a bigger European league.
"For his development I think he should go abroad too," Koeman told www.origo.hu.
