Defender ponders loan switch
Charlton are in talks with out-of-favour Hull defender Wayne Brown over a possible loan move.
Brown has fallen down the pecking order since City's promotion to the Premier League and had a loan spell with Preston earlier this season.
The 31-year-old had discussions with Leeds last year but decided against the move as their offer had no later option for a permanent deal.
Tigers chief Phil Brown confirmed Brown was weighing up a move to Charlton.
"Wayne Brown is in talks with Charlton at the moment to resume his career with Phil Parkinson," said Brown.
"That has gone to a board meeting on Tuesday. We are awaiting the results of that meeting to continue negotiations for Brownie to go there for a season-long loan with a permanent deal agreed behind it."
