Crystal Palace winger John Oster is hoping to clarify his situation at Selhurst Park in talks with manager Neil Warnock.
The former Reading and Sunderland wideman is under contract at Palace until January but has figured just once since the middle of September.
He said: "I got injured and since I've come back the boys have done okay and been picking up results and I haven't played.
"I am disappointed for myself because I want to play but we'll have to see how things pan out.
"I will speak to the manager or my agent might speak to the manager and we'll see how things go because I'm only contracted until January when obviously the window opens, so we will just see what happens between now and then.
"I might be more in the picture in the next week or two," Oster told the South London Guardian.
