Winger wants Palace stay

Paul Ifill is hopeful he still has a long-term future at Crystal Palace. The winger was transfer-listed last month and his future looked to lie away from Selhurst Park with his current deal set to expire at the end of the season. However, the 26-year-old has played in The Eagles' last three matches - suggesting he could be back in manager Neil Warnock's plans. "It doesn't bother me being on the list," Ifill told the Croydon Advertiser. "I'm out of contract at the end of the year and I know what I've got to do. "It's not just about earning a contract here - it's for my future because you never know who could be watching on the day so I have to be performing. "I will always give my best for this club because I still feel that I owe them as I've not really had the chance to perform since I've been here."
