Black Cats boss hopeful on two new faces

Roy Keane is confident of adding two more players to his Sunderland squad next week. The Black Cats boss has already been a busy man this summer with no less than eight arrivals at the Stadium of Light. The latest signings Djibril Cisse and David Healy only joined last Thursday, but Keane is not done yet. Sunderland have been linked with a move for West Ham's Anton Ferdinand and Michael Ball of Manchester City, although Keane has never confirmed his interest in the defenders. "I've got two players in mind and I'm hoping to complete on them next week," he told the Sunday Sun. Ball started Manchester City's game against The Hammers on Sunday, although Ferdinand did not make Alan Curbishley's match-day squad.
