Cardiff City boss Dave Jones has hit out at Rangers' "derogatory" offer for defender Glenn Loovens.
Rangers are reported to have offered striker Kris Boyd in exchange for Loovens and £1million.
"What we have been offered regarding Glenn by Rangers is quite derogatory, to be honest," Jones told the Western Mail.
"The situation, as far as I am concerned, is that we have no need to sell any of the players we have, and that includes Glenn."
Loovens, 25, has spent three years at Cardiff after joining the Welsh club from Feyenoord following a successful loan spell.
