Crystal Palace's new signing Johannes Ertl has revealed he has always dreamed of playing in England and the Premier League.
The versatile 25-year-old penned a two-year deal with the Eagles to join for an undisclosed fee from Austria Vienna - making him Neil Warnock's third summer signing.
'Jonny' Ertl, who has been capped for Austria seven times, has said he has always wanted to play football in England and is eager to try and help the Palace reach the Premier League.
He told the club's website: "I feel great. I am really happy to be here. It is a big honour to play for this club because it is a very famous club with a big tradition.
"Altogether I have found it very friendly and I have enjoyed it.
"I give 100 per cent on the pitch for the team and my aim is to get up to the Premiership with Palace.
"I am really focused and when I started my professional career, I wanted to play in England. I like this country and the city, and I'm really happy here," he added.
