Norwich City manager Glenn Roeder has admitted that the club are no closer to signing Rangers' Alan Gow.
Gow is a target of Norwich and Motherwell after he recently rejected a move to Burnley.
The 25-year-old forward is keen to seek pastures new following a frustrating first season at Ibrox.
Norwich have held talks with the player, however Roeder has explained that he is no closer to landing Gow - who would reportedly prefer to remain in Scotland.
"We have spoken to Alan, but we are no nearer to signing him now than we were before we spoke to him," Roeder told the Eastern Daily Press.
