Peter Ridsdale has confirmed that three offers for Cardiff players have been knocked back.
Several of the Bluebirds' squad have been linked with summer moves away from Ninian Park, but as yet teenage star Aaron Ramsey remains the only departure.
It had been expected that Joe Ledley would be among those attracting unwanted interest during the close season, but Ridsdale confirmed that none of the bids received so far have been for the Welsh winger.
The Cardiff chairman insisted that the club have no intention of parting with any members of their first-team squad, especially as the offers currently on the table fall a long way short of the valuations they have placed on the players concerned.
"We've had bids for three of our players, all of them turned down by me," said Ridsdale.
"They are clearly nowhere near the level where I feel we ought to put it to the manager.
"In an ideal world we'll hang onto everybody we've got. But if it makes us stronger by selling then we will do, but only if the price is right and the manager thinks it's right
"We haven't had any bids for Joe Ledley, the last bid we had for Joe was last summer."
