Guillem Bauza has seen his fine performances in 2007/08 rewarded with a new long-term contract at Swansea.
The Spaniard has been a revelation since signing from Espanyol last summer, scoring 13 goals in his debut season in England.
He helped the Swans take the League One title, but Roberto Martinez is expecting the 23-year-old to be even better next term.
"He is still a very young, but talented striker who I am sure will continue to blossom on the Championship stage," said the Welsh club's boss.
"Everyone at the club is delighted to see him commit himself to the club for a longer spell.
"He's enjoying his football and I'm sure we will also all enjoy what he produces next season."
