Brian Jensen has put pen-to-paper on a new two-year contract with Burnley.

The Danish goalkeeper verbally agreed the deal at the end of the season and he has now officially committed his future to the club.

The 32-year-old joined the Clarets from West Brom in 2003 and is now the longest serving current player at Turf Moor.

He is delighted to be staying with Burnley and is looking to help the club push for promotion from the Championship over the next two years.

Delighted

"I was delighted to sign on for another two years," said Jensen.

"Being the longest-serving player on Burnley's books is something I am extremely proud of and the club have always been good to me, so it was an easy decision to make.

"It is obvious there are going to be changes at the club this summer, but I am looking forward to the fresh challenges that lay ahead and I will give my all to help the club achieve its ultimate dream of Premier League football.
