Wolves have allowed striker Jay Bothroyd to stay on loan at Stoke City until the end of the season.
Bothroyd joined the Championship leaders on loan last month and has so far made four appearances for Tony Pulis' side.
His original loan was due to expire, but Wolves have accepted a request to let Bothroyd finish the campaign at the Britannia Stadium.
However, Wolves have confirmed that, should the two clubs meet in the play-offs, then Bothroyd would not be able to play in the games.
Wolves also have a 24-hour recall clause in the deal for Bothroyd, who has yet to score during his stint with Stoke.
