Dean Gerken has played down speculation linking him with a move away from Colchester.
The 22-year-old goalkeeper has earned rave reviews for his performances at Layer Road this season but Colchester still look set to drop down to League One.
Colchester are at 11 points from safety and their relegation from the Championship could be confirmed this weekend.
Gerken has reportedly attracted interest from a number of Premier League teams, including West Ham, but he insists he is happy to stay with Colchester.
"I don't take any notice of anything that goes on until the end of the season," he told the Gazette.
"My job at the end of the day is at Colchester United and I have to do my job.
"Whatever goes on between the club and other clubs, I don't know anything about. Personally, I have not heard anything about it.
"We have a new stadium next year and I want to be the first goalie to play in that stadium. It is history that we will be making next year and I want to be a part of it."
