Plymouth have signed winger Gary Teale on loan from Derby for the rest of the season.
The Scotland international has struggled to establish himself in the Rams side this season, making just nine starts in the Premier League.
He has fallen further down the pecking order since Paul Jewell strengthened his squad in the January transfer window, and has now been allowed to drop down to the Championship for more regular football.
"Gary has had limited first-team opportunities here and has lost a bit of confidence, but he's a terrific lad and we wish him well," Jewell told Derby's official website.
Teale, who moved to Derby from Wigan last January, could make his Plymouth debut in Tuesday's clash with Southampton.
